Spacious due to very few interior walls, the apartment was basically one room with a kitchen and dining area, an area furnished as a living room, another as a bedroom. A door near the bedroom led to a small bathroom. Everything in the apartment, the furniture, the decor, carried a theme of black-painted woods, dark leathers, pale greens, and differing shades of purple—Molly’s favorite color.
